Is the capacity how ever much I can actually fit inside of it? I know this is a stupid question, its just because a couple of time I have bought things with a such-and-such litre capacity, only to find that the inside actually holds a lot less of a capacity because they don't take off the amount extra from, say, the thickness of the product.
So basically, when it says 0. 6 litres, will that mean it will hold a 400 ml can of soup that will then have 200 ml of room left in it?

Firebox says: That's correct Louise, it can only the 400ml and still have 200ml room left - the 0.6L is the capacity after considering the thickness of the product.
