MP3 player plugs in (not included)
Ideal for headphone haters, telly addicts, insomniacs and anyone who enjoys dozing off to a few gentle Napalm Death lullabies, this wonderfully squishy pillow has a built-in speaker that can only be heard by the layabout with their noggin plonked on it. Simply plug your music source (iPod, radio, TV out) into the pillow’s 3.5mm stereo socket and you’re away. Bedmates will be none the wiser (unless you start singing along and drumming on the mattress).
Memory Foam and Original Sound Asleep Pillows
Whether it’s whale song or Weezer, podcasts or, because we’re bored with alliteration, Little Boots, we think you’ll agree that this pillow sounds amazing. In fact it’s got to be the second greatest reason in the world for going to bed. And we all know what the first is, don’t we? That’s right, eating Hob Nobs.

I bought the original pillow for my boyfriend as he can't sleep without music going and I was fed up of waking up trapped in a yard of headphone wires. We both love this product! It's really soft and comfy but doesn't look like anything out of the norm, and when I lie next to him at night I cannot hear a thing! No wires, no noise, no fuss! Perfect!Gemma, Wells, UK - Dec '09
Absolutely brilliant. I bought one of the memory foam ones for myself because I suffer with tinnitus and have trouble sleeping. I have never had a better nights sleep in my life.
Such good sound quality for a pillow, it was a surprise. Absolutely fantastic.Wayne, Walsall - Nov '09
Absolutely brilliant. Got one of these for my birthday, because I always have trouble turning my brain off at night and use soothing music to get me to sleep. I have had FANTASTIC and restful sleep ever since (my birthday was in August).Nikky, Blackpool - Sep '09

This product is great! I had one of these for a christmas present the other year, it really is fantastic, as if it wasnt great enough for listening to music without the earache, it was genuinly a comfy pillow. . Great sound quality and definatly loud enough to hear clearly from, I would recoment this as a great gift idea for any music lover/ sleep lover/ both!Connor, Wales - Nov '09
This pillow is an amazing buy! The pillow itself is really big and soft, not the hard rock I imagined!
Sound wise it works quite well, I have found that unless you have your head right over the side where the speaker is it can be harder to hear so I do have to have my volume up higher than I normally would. However saying that it's still not loud enough to disturb my partner, he can hear it a bit but not enough to stop his snores!Aimee, Scotland - Jan '10
I was wondering whether the pillow will connect to the ipod touch second generation, because I know some ipod docks do not.Bryony, England - Jan '10
Firebox says: it will work with anything with an auxiliary point, such as iPods. If you can plug earphones into it you're good to go!
I brought one of these for my friend for X-mas (and she opened it early as you can see), and she absolutely loves it. But we were wondering, do you have to charge the speaker or something? Because we're not sure. Thanks.Jae, Luton - Dec '09
Firebox says: The pillow takes power from your MP3 player, so you never have to charge it!.
Great service really quick. The pillow itself is nice and soft. I am thinking of getting one for my brother, does it work with Creative players?Ann, Dublin - Dec '09
Firebox says: If you can plug standard headphones into it, then yes! Basically it will work with anything with an auxiliary point, such as iPods, iPhones, mp3 players, cd players as well as most radios.
Does it work on any contraption that requires earphones. My BF has a small t. V. /personal planner thing that he watches T. V. onA Britten, Northants, UK - Dec '09
Firebox says: Yes, anything that fits a regular earphone 3.5mm stereo socket
