Marshmallow Fluff

Strawberry toast anyone?

Have you ever put something so deliciously scrumptious in your mouth it changed your life forever? We have. And before you start thinking of sub Alan Carr innuendos, its name is Marshmallow Fluff.

Derived from that gloriously melty bit in the middle of a toasted marshmallow, this mouth-wateringly fluffy stuff is unbelievably moreish. Imagine biting into a fluffy cloud of sugary squish and you’re halfway there. Spread it on toast, shove it in cookies, cakes and brownies, plop it in hot chocolate, create amazing sauces and much, much more. You can even empty a thousand jars into the bath, dive in and use it as an edible soak. If you are mental.

Speaking of jars, Marshmallow Fluff comes in a stylish retro pot that wouldn’t look out of place in Doris Day’s pantry. Indeed we’re so fond of the colourful glass container we’ve taken to scoffing straight from it. Mmm…melty marshmallow yumminess.

pink gooey stuff

Mmm... Marshmallow!

Needless to say, this creamy confection originates from the good ol’ US of A – hardly surprising as the whole toasted marshmallow thing never really took off in Blighty. And that’s a shame because despite the annoying campfire singalongs, the resultant goo is one of the most delicious creations known to man.

Made from the finest ingredients with no artificial preservatives, Marshmallow Fluff is available in three yummilicious flavours: Original, Strawberry and Raspberry. Apologies if you still don’t get the picture but trying to describe the sweet taste and floaty texture of Marshmallow Fluff is a bit like trying to describe heaven via the medium of dance. It really has to be scoffed to be believed. And you can’t do that reading this, can you? So come on, hit the Buy button and get stuffed with fluff. Sweet.

I got a tub to make whoopie pies but it's incredibly thick and difficult to work with. It's like wallpaper paste, but thicker. My American friends say its not meant to be like that - have I just got a dud tub?
Bobbie, London, UK - 31st October 2012
Firebox says: Hi Bobbie, that doesn't sound right! All I can recommend is keeping it at room temperature overnight and giving it a stir. If it doesn't return to the right consistency, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do.
This stuff is Fab, I got 3 jars of it for my boyfriends mum for her Birthday. My only Problem was two of the jars went out of date the next month and she wont eat two jars that quick!
Kate, Leamington Spa - 9th July 2012
Firebox says: Hi Kate, sorry to hear that! Please drop us an email to info@firebox.com and we can help you out with this!
Not a review sorry! Question: Does it contain any nuts? My friend has a nut allergy. . Don't want to kill her!
Sofia, London - 23rd June 2012
Firebox says: Hi Sofia, not that we are aware off, although we cannot guarantee that this was made in a factory that handles nuts!
I was wondering if the Fluff available for sale here on Firebox.Com came in the glass jars?
Debbie, Virginia - 9th June 2012
Firebox says: Hey Debbie, it used to! But we've switched to plastic jars now to stop the fluff from breaking in transit!
Fluff is made in my state so I have had it all my life. It is so much better than what other companies make (marshmello cream). Most people out west havent heard of it. If you get the big plastic jug it tells you what we do here on the east coast ... Fluffernutter sandwich. It is best on soft white bread with either creamy or chunky peanut butter. Awesome!!! With lots of fluff and peanut butter. Originally from Boston I pronounce it FLUFFANUTTA. It makes good fudge too. Ice cream stores mix it with something to make it thinner and put on hot fudge Sundays too. I also put a big dollop in hot chocolate.
Susan Allain, Cape Cod, Massachusetts, USA - 14th March 2012

Charlotte, Kent - 3rd November 2011
Firebox says: It's currently due in the week commencing 14th of November.
