Derived from that gloriously melty bit in the middle of a toasted marshmallow, this mouth-wateringly fluffy stuff is unbelievably moreish. Needless to say, this creamy confection originates from the good ol’ US of A – hardly surprising as the whole toasted marshmallow thing never really took off in Blighty.
