Derived from that gloriously melty bit in the middle of a toasted marshmallow, this mouth-wateringly fluffy stuff is unbelievably moreish. Imagine biting into a fluffy cloud of sugary squish and you’re halfway there. Spread it on toast, shove it in cookies, cakes and brownies, plop it in hot chocolate, create amazing sauces and much, much more. Needless to say, this creamy confection originates from the good ol’ US of A – hardly surprising as the whole toasted marshmallow thing never really took off in Blighty. And that’s a shame because despite the annoying campfire singalongs, the resultant goo is one of the most delicious creations known to man.
