"eradicates soggy parcel tumbling into your face"?.... Take it out and throw it away....Kate, Leicester - 24th November 2009
Firebox says: But this way is much more fun (and stylish)!
I havent bought one yet, but this tea dam looks like a great idea. I drink herbal teas alot and I like to leave the tea bag in for a few minutes so it can brew and leave my tea tasty but after that time it goes cold this would help as it can gradually release the flavour whilst im drinking !Lisa, Liverpool - 11th October 2009
I worked in a up class restaurant for years and some tea's have a bruing time ot 3 mins some less. . With this "DAM" tea end's up being too strong, over spoiled. . Back to the drawring board my friends.Angelo Cacchione, London - 24th July 2009
Tea a la Bolton (well certainly Bolton hospital) consists of leaving the teabag in until the end of your drink. Therefore this cup would be ideal.
(Although it probably originated because while on a break you'd just shove milk, sugar, and teabag into your mug, fill with hot water, then go to the staffroom and just leave it in there).Moose, Telford (formerly Of Bolton) - 10th June 2009
Have to agree with the previous reviews, me & my gf couldn't figure out the point of this product. This is nothing more than a case of the question that no one asked as most people are smart enough to use their bin, this is very much a moment of the Emperor's new clothes rather than a inventing the lightbulb moment.Dan Payne, Ashby De La Zouch - 22nd April 2009
Umm, you could just put the teabag on the saucer... and then any old cup and saucer would do. This would have been more novel if it were in a mug design.Joe, Bournemouth - 17th April 2009
It's called a bin....Alex Gosse, GB-DOR - 1st April 2009
