Green means it's ok to
WAKE up!
It might look like a cutesy bedside alarm clock, and it is, but Teach Me Time has several different modes, allowing it to perform various functions as nippers grow and learn. Mr Wolf? Who needs him!
Yellow light means
night, night!

Mains or battery operated, Teach Me Time is a brilliant pressie for toddlers switching from cot to bed. Indeed, aside from getting Stephen Hawking to write a pop-up version of ‘A Brief History…’ we can think of no better way to teach small ones about the abstract concept of time. Wakey wakey!

Best talking clock...Daily Express - Nov '09
"This multi-talented alarm clock performs several time telling functions, growing with the nippers so they can make use of him from an early age right through until they're ready to tell the time using the 'little hand, big hand' method and then truly mastering time itself (in their eyes) by setting their very own wake up calls. For the 3 - 5 years age group it glows yellow to show its still sleep time and blue to advise it is time to go bounce on mummy's bed. The next stage for 5+ is to play a five-stage time telling game helping them, with the use of buttons on the toes, to tell time both analogue and digital fashion. When they've mastered that they can program it for they're very own wake-up calls and feel all grown up..."Toyology - May '09

When my husband bought this I thought he had gone completely mad and that it could never possibly work. I was proved wrong. Our 3 year old has gone from (a) getting up at 5. 30am and screaming for someone to come play to (b) getting up at 5. 30 am and playing quietly in bed until he goes back to sleep again. This product cannot make them sleep longer. That is set by their body clock, but it does make it easier if you've been up all night yourself with baby no. 2
My only criticism is that the night light is really quite bright. We had a little green Allessi "Angel" and I would say this alarm clock is at least half as bright again. It does mean however that you can confidentially negotiate the bedroom en route to night time toilet stops.Mum Of Two, Hove - Jun '09
