"This very small device projects the pictures and movies stored inside your gadgets (iPods, digital cameras, PSPs, memory cards, mobile phones and more) on to walls, screens or other surfaces of your choice. Despite its size, the image it gives is up to 50in wide and it also has a built-in stereo speaker. It is powered by a rechargeable lithium battery and comes with a tripod and a remove control."The Times - Jul '09
"It's great for parties or presentations..." Look - Feb '09

Just to clarify for all those saying different things about laptop connectivity. To use this product direct, you need an s-video port on your laptop. If you do not have one, and you have a VGA port, get a VGA to S-video converter, they're cheap. If you have a DVI port, get a DVI to VGA and then plug a VGA to S-video into that. Job done!Kit, N Devon - Sep '09
Firebox says: Thanks Kit!
Simply awesome! The size of a mobile phone and it projected an image of about 60" onto the bedroom wall, colours were dark (but still highly watchable) so really needs to be projected onto a proper screen. Built in speaker is no good for movies, so I used wireless speakers.Paul, Swindon - Dec '08
What are the main differences between the two versions please? (T10 and V10)
Also... the summary says there is a headphones socket yet a firebox response to Jeremy's comment says it doesn't. . Is that only for one particular model?Laura, London - Jan '10
Firebox says: The main differences are listed in the comparison table above. The AV socket can be used as a headphones sockets also.
I got a MacBook. I would use V10 for presentation. Cables and connectivity are not a problem. But is Apple laptop software (Leopard) fit for this gadget? Or can it be used only with Windows PCs?Marika Borrelli, Italy - Dec '09
Firebox says: You can use this with an Apple laptop if you have the right cables, but you'll need to find Apple specific software if you want to convert different media formats as the supplied programs are Windows only.
How long does the battery last roughly on the V10 ? Please.Dan Green, London - Dec '09
Firebox says: Approximately 60 minutes operation from a full charge - and no, thank you.
If I put a powerpoint presentation on a SD card(because my laptop allows me too), would I be able to play it on the v10?Oliver, England - Nov '09
Firebox says: Yes, you can use SD cards (up to 8GB) on the V10 version
What make is it?Andrew Kett, United Kingdom - Oct '09
Firebox says: It's an Aiptek, Andrew.
I bought this projector and it is brilliant. I use the conversion software to download movies, and then project them on the ceiling while in bed. Five star equipment!!!Ian H Ritsma, United Kingdom - Jul '09
It says that it projects UP TO 50" but this is a lie!! I have been using this in my lounge with a pitch black room and have had a really good picture at 120", literally coving my whole wall! brilliant gadget. Use direct from DVD though rather than iphone as the image quality is not as good!Nikki, Herts - Jul '09
If I create some text sequences (white text) in video format with a black background and project in a dark room onto a black backdrop will the projected image be black, or will I see a square tv shape?Rik, High Wycombe - Jul '09
Firebox says: It'll be black but you will be able to tell it's projected as the Pocket Cinema will project black video, not just leave the space blank.
