Shape Up!
10kg weight!
Powered by 2xAAA batteries, the take-anywhere Shape Up also features a regular, no-reps-required alarm function. But that kind of defeats the object, doesn't it. Then again it might come in handy when you wake up with a head like a 10 ton barbell and a mouth like a camel's armpit.
Looking fit in the morning!
Whatever happens it's unlikely you'll feel like returning to bobo-land after working up a sweat silencing this infernal lie-in buster. And that's the idea. So come on, drop and give us 30. Well okay, £19.95 will do. All together now, 'It's the eye of the tiger...'

"This dumbell alarm clock turns your bedroom into a scene straight out of Stanley Kubrick's Full Metal Jacket, punishing your laziness with exercise."The Metro - Dec '09
If you need any encouragement to tone up those bingo wings then here it is. This alarm clock-cum-dumbbell wakes you up with incessant bleeping and requires you to do 30 repetitions with the 660-gram weight before it will turn itself off.Daily Express - Mar '09

This is a great gift for the fitness freak in your life!Alex, London - Mar '10
It is quite good. It could do with being louder though, and also it isn't quite as heavy as you'd expect. But in principal, it is a great bit of kit, well done that man in Hong Kong who invented it.Ben, Birmingham - Jan '09

Can't see it too well, but you can see how you have to do your bicep curls to get the alarm to stop. Bound to actually wake you up rather than just annoy you.
