Aw, Henry! It's not often you develop an emotional attachment to a vacuum cleaner. Received Henry as a gift for fathers day, went out spent £4 on a pack of duracell batteries only to discover that Henry really sucks !! Didnt pick up a single crumb, not even a dust particle. Didnt have the heart to tell my son, sorry that he wasted his hard earned cash on this pile of 'Rubbish' !

I used to have one of these, got my refund after a week. Picks up tiny dust molecules, but nothing else, not even a biscuit crumb or a hair. Save time, and just dust your workspace every week.

Got this as a present for my mum and thought it was pretty crap, was amazed when my cat knocked over the ash tray and it cleaned it up. . You just need to be understanding and realise it only picks up very light object (if you can call them that) it does say it's good for cleaning up dust and small crumbs, keep that in mind people before commenting about how bad it is. .
