You don't want a video camera with umpteen buttons, baffling menus and an instruction manual thicker than a Big Brother housemate, do you? No, you want a point and shoot machine that allows you to create home movies and upload them to your computer in a flash.
The idiot-proof Busbi Digital Camcorder
Well snap your clapperboard and say 'love your work baby' to the idiot-proof Busbi Digital Camcorder. This simple but supremely effective little gizmo is ideal for capturing...well, anything you fancy: your best mate 'admiring' his freshly shaven eyebrows and biro 'tache, vids of the kids, holiday high jinks, chicken oriental nights out, or Tarantino-esque clips of Barbie bashing up Action Man.
Busbi has just 4 buttons: On/Off, Delete, Playback and Record
Slimmer than a dieting supermodel, the battery-operated Busbi has just 4 buttons: On/Off, Delete, Playback and Record. Even your nan could use it (once you've told her it's a camera, not a newfangled remote for her heated rollers). A 2" LCD screen means you can inspect your filmic masterpieces immediately and the nifty playback mode allows you to view/delete the last video captured. If you want to watch all the videos captured, simply USB the Busbi into your computer. You can even hook it up to the telly using the included AV cable.
Easy to connect
Talking of computers, the Busbi's easy peasy editing software means social networkers and YouTubers can upload vids to the web in seconds. So next time you decide to film one of your mates falling off his skateboard with a firework stuck somewhere silly, you can share it with the world in seconds. You can even add special FX. And to think someone once said the internet was good for nothing.
Insert your SD card
The head-scratchingly inexpensive Busbi comes with a 1GB SD card, giving around 60 minutes recording time, but for truly epic nights out you can upgrade to a 2GB card. Quite what you're going to capture over the course of 2 hours is enough to boggle the mind. But don't waste time rubbing your hands together in gleeful anticipation, get ordering and start Busbi-ing away for real. And...cut!

Hi - a question - The older style Busbi recorder has a pause button on it. This new version doesn't. Is there a way of pausing on the new version? Our older style has broken and unmendable I think. Need a new one that can pause!
My kids love these recorders - one of my best purchases. Sam Matthews, Crowborough, East Sussex - 1st February 2011
Does it record sound as well as vision? Khalil Khan, Manchester - 27th November 2010
Firebox says: It sure does!
The Busbi is amazing I love it so much I have made an amazing video of it snowing last year thanks to Busbi. Hrthsrtsrths, - 24th November 2010
Can you record in bad light or in the dark? Mike, Salford - 29th October 2010
Firebox says: There's no light source on the Busbi so daylight or good artificial light is recommended for the best recording conditions.
I was just wondering how much video it will hold. Lydia, Nottingham - 29th December 2009
Firebox says: Memory: External: SD/MMC card slot (max 2GB) 1GB SD included
Battery life: 60 minutes recording or 70 minutes playback.
Hope that helps!
Sorry this isn't a review-what does it mean when it says 'EU Only' as you go through to buy it? I really want to get it for my brother as he's going travelling but he won't be in the EU-does this matter? Thanks for your help! Emma, Essex - 28th September 2009
Firebox says: You can use it anywhere Emma! EU-Only just means we can only deliver the item to countries within the EU.
