R2-D2 Whizzwatch

R2-D2 gizmos are all the rage at the mo. So much so, we're rapidly running out of droid-related Star Wars quips. And that's hardly surprising because the galaxy's greatest do-it-all dustbin communicates in bleeps and chirrups.

Especially if the recipient is a Star Wars nut. And let's face it, who isn't.


Although not quite as informative as everyone's favourite overweight glob of grease, the watch itself has buttons to help you scroll through a variety of digital readouts, and you can switch between 12/24 hour displays. True, you might be unable to do up your cufflinks wearing an R2-D2 Whizzwatch but the pros far outweigh the cons. Even Jay-Z and Beckham have binned their bling and ordered a few of these incredibly entertaining gadgets. Okay, they haven't. But they should because strapping an R/C Artoo to your wrist is infinitely more ridiculous, eye-catching and, some might say, ironic, than wearing some jewel-encrusted, Liberace-ish eyesore. It's cheaper too. Beeepbooobeep!
