Created by our clever old homies over at Suck UK, the iPod Boombox is a breeze to assemble. In fact it's easier than doing the robot. Simply unfold the cardboard, attach the speakers, put in the batteries and you're off. Obviously you'll need to supply the iPod (well what do you expect for $29.95).

The boombox is an excellent concept, I love the idea of a flat pack gadget. I have mine in my office and it's normally a great talking point! However please note that it is let down slightly by having rather weak sound output as well as a switch controlling the volume between "loud, loud and distorted, loud and very distorted", to be fair the volume control isn't really an issue as precise volume control is done iPod side. It's a nice proof on concept, can't wait to see the next flat pack gadget!Chris Anderton, Merseyside - Mar '08
