Laser Challenge Pro

Multi-function scope to help target your enemy!

Engaging in laser-based warfare usually involves a cross-dimensional trip to a dystopian future where robots rule. Or a drive to one of those laser tag centres on a grim industrial estate off the motorway. But thanks to the amazing Laser Challenge Pro, you won't need to time travel or compare notes with a load of weekend warriors.

Laser Challenge Pro

Aim using the unique red dot targeting system!

This pro-standard battle set is loaded with hi-tech features and it completely redefines the concept of home/office laser tag. Why? Well for starters each gun features a unique 'red dot' laser targeting system (with a range of up to 75m), so you can see exactly where you're aiming, which comes in handy since an unlimited number of players can join the game!

Laser Challenge Pro

Laser Challenge Pro

Damn, 3 hits and counting!

Each suitably futuristic-looking hand cannon has a sensor on the barrel that your opponent must shoot to score points. And with built-in LCD screens to keep score there'll be no more arguing over who's the ultimate universal soldier. Stealth, strategy and courage all come in to play when you're battling it out with these babies.

Laser Challenge Pro

Easy to switch between Beginner and Pro

Don't worry if you've got the shooting ability of an Imperial Stormtrooper because you can switch from Pro level to Basic in an instant. This widens the infra-red blast beam so registering a hit becomes easier. Speaking of infra red, each blaster has a range of up to 75 metres. We're talking serious state-of-the-art bang-bangs!

Add removable multi-functional scopes, barrel extensions, a vibrating 'hit' alert and fold-down legs to each weapon's impressive list of features and you're looking at one of the most sophisticated laser battle sets this side of the Planet Tharg.

Laser Challenge Pro

3 different channels allows unlimited numbers of players, either in teams or all against each other!

Short of cryogenically freezing yourself and setting your alarm to go off mid-way through World War 9, we can think of no better way to experience the cat-and-mouse thrill of firing a hi-tech laser gun at your enemy. The only thing you need to do now is score a direct hit on the Buy button and prepare for battle. Your move, creep!

visitor avatar Seeing as these aren't available anymore here, do you know where else I could get these? Thanks Firebox.
He Who Waits, Soon To Be Laser Tag 1 - 13th November 2011
Firebox says: Hi there, unfortunately we don't know specifically of any other retailers stocking the Laser Pro Challenge, but good luck looking for one!
visitor avatar My son bought me these as I am a paintball fanatic, Best used at dusk or night time, in or outdoors, sneak and shoot, sniper and wait, they are brilliant and they have worked for me across a football field and in dense woods. A top, top present for xmas whether 8 or 68, Darryl.
Darryl Curcher, Tunbridge Wells - 18th February 2010
visitor avatar Brilliant 5 stars from me. I brought one set and my friend wont leave! Hard to hit at 75 metres though. I recommend the scope zooms very well!
William, 26 Leys Road - 7th September 2009
visitor avatar I love these guns, they work perfectly! Only the scope isnt realy great. The "4X Zoom" is: the strange stuff that doenst help you at all and it makes stuff smaller instead of closer. Anyway beside of the scope its a great gun! (sorry if my english is bad, like you can see im from holland!).
Daniël Cornelisse, NL, Groningen - 25th February 2009
visitor avatar Great buy! Got this for Christmas and I loved it! Lasers are very accurate and the scopes are good as well. Best to play in the dark because you can see the lasers better. THANKS FIREBOX!
Charlie Sadler,age 9, Sheffield - 10th January 2009
visitor avatar FANTASTIC! - my son and husband loved these. Although, the highlight had to be discovering that pressing a button on our TV remote would register a hit. The boys could not understand why Mummy had got so good!!
Zoe, Sussex - 26th December 2008
visitor avatar I got these as an early Christmas present, and I have to say they're brilliant! I haven't tested them outside yet, but I've played in my flat a few times and it's a really good laugh. I'm hoping the range works out to be better than the videos I've seen so far. I bought a pair of shocking lasers and they only went 5 metres, so they were kind of limiting. The 75m range is what sold me on this so I'm hoping it will deliver what it says it will do. I love the customisation element. Whilst adding a scope or extended barrel looks cool, it's superficial and makes no difference to the way the gun fires. However, it's nice to have the option of a rifle-style weapon as well as a pistol. The guns feel sturdy, and - when attached - pieces clunk together solidly. They have good battery life and may need changing after a lengthy game of about two hours. The precision is pretty well balanced too. The red dot aiming system really adds something to the whole home laser tag experience. When set to pro, you have to hit your opponent's gun or you will not gain a hit. With it set to beginner, shots missed by 60 cm or more will occasionally register, thus improving a newcomers odds of holding his own in his first laser tag battle. The sounds are kind of cheap, but by no means unappealing. Simple bleeps mostly, but they're loud enough to let you know when you've hit your opponent. The radar system is a clever thing really, and beeps to warn of either close proximity to an opponent or whether you are in an opponent's sights. In close-quarters games (like in a flat, for example) this can become a little irritating. I will write an updated review once I've tested them outside. Cheers for now.
Adam, Gloucester, UK - 11th December 2008
Firebox says: Thank you for this Adam!
visitor avatar These guns are so much fun. Me and my friend play with them like its 'Call of duty'. At the start you choose the type of gun. For example if you want a shot gun you take off the scope, fold up the leg switch to single fire and beginner mode. Grab a sonic grenade and 'Laser Challenge Chest Plates' which come with a small gun!, It's class.
Zackary, Cregavon - 30th June 2008
visitor avatar Love these! I am going to buy one soon, I had some other guns like this and they work together, so I have loads of laser functional equipment to play against my mates in the woods.
Michael Durance, Morpeth,Northumberland - 23rd March 2008
visitor avatar Brilliant product! Best used outdoors, especially at night, as the laser pointer shows up really well on distant objects in the dark. (Looking forward to a few games in heavy fog!) Lots of fun, you feel 10 years old again as soon as you get the gun in your hands! The only bad thing I can think of is that the scope isn't great and takes a bit of getting used to. But apart from that, well worth every penny!
