Hi, my wife bought the deluxe one for me and I love it. The only problem is, it says "Sir" on the box but it keeps calling me "Madam". I look about as feminine as Arthur Mullard (remember him?) chewing a wasp. I've followed the instructions with the batteries and rosette 10 times but nothing changes. I live in Cyprus so I don't want to faff about sending it back so if push comes to shove I could put up with it with only a modicum of offense (I never know who I am when I wake up anyway). Two questions:
1) I wonder if you'll be stocking the 'Deluxe' version anytime before Christmas? Or is this product being phased out?
2) I heard rumours that these clocks can be switched from 'Sir' mode to 'Madam' mode (at least in the 'Deluxe' version), by keeping the rosetta pushed whilst inserting the batteries? Any truth to that? Werner, Bournemouth - 29th November 2010
