Firebox says: Unfortunately this product has not yet been tested with the 6th Gen Nano so although it may indeed work with the 6th gen, we would currently advise that it is only compatible with iPhone 2G/3G/3GS, iPod Nano 5th/4th/3rd generation, iPod Touch 2G/1G, iPod Classic 80GB/120GB/160GB as stated in the "more info" section.
Which gives better quality sound, the iTrip DA or iTrip Auto SmartScan 2009? I am trying to decide between the two for me to use mostly in the car, which I guess the iTrip Auto SmartScan 2009 is specifically designed for. If you can charge your iPhone whilst listening to it through the iTrip DA though (if you get the mini USB cable) then would that be better because you can use it in the house too?John Barwise, Glasgow, UK - 13th April 2010

Does the iTrip DA really work with the iPod Classic 2007? This is the second iTrip I've tried now and it is still not working. Continually flashes but never actually switches on to scan a frequency. What am I doing wrong? I've also noticed the iTrip Controller app is only applicable to iPod touch and the iPhone but Griffin's website advertises it as available to download on the iPod Classic 2007. I hate having to listen to late night radio when I'm coming home from work. Now I have my iTrip Auto SmartScan 2009 rubbish radio is a thing of the past.
