When faced with important decisions there are many ways to choose who gets screwed and who gets lucky. Drawing straws is one option, as is tossing a coin. You can even play eeny-meeny-miney-mo but that can look a tad childish, especially in the boardroom. That's why you need a Shockball.
This ingenious little globe might look like a hi-tech baseball but it is actually a spiteful little sphere that delivers random electric shocks. The idea is to throw it around hot potato style until some poor sap eventually gets a nasty (but harmless) electric shock. Funny, eh?
Just think of the possibilities. You can use Shockball to decide who buys the first round, who has to fire the senior vice president, who gets to kick off, or who has to ask the hairy biker in the corner what perfume he's wearing (well, you never know).
But even if you don't have any important decisions to make, passing Shockball around faster than the check at the end of a meal is still spectacularly amusing. It's a bit like playing hot potato with a grenade, only you won't end up with a Tom & Jerry-style chargrilled face. You will, however, suffer from an involuntary bout of blue room comedic material and let rip with a volley of four letter words as Shockball delivers its electrifying coup de grâce.
Passing this malicious little plaything around can become unbearably tense and it's insanely addictive because the shocks are totally random. You could receive an electronic frazzle immediately or get buzzed after what seems like an eternity. You won't have to worry about power loss as Shockball's rechargeable battery gives up to 4 hours of continuous play. There's even an auto-off function to prolong battery life. So why not get ordering pronto and prepare to be totally shocked by the most entertaining little orb in the univerzzz. Ouch!

Don't listen to the review at the bottom. The shock does not hurt that much, it kinda feels like pins and needles.

Ouch! This little devil is really really shocking.JC, Durham - Aug '06
I bought the Shock Ball and a few other things after winning photo of the week and now it won me video of the week! Crazy! I have to honestly say it's one of the best things i've ever bought. It provides endless hours of entertainment and can be used for virtually anything. It's pretty durable and if you play a hot potato style game it does give you quite a shock, especially if you're lobbing it at each other fairly fast =D. We used it for all sorts (check out the video below) and it was pretty damn funny. Worth 17 quid easily. But careful...if you give it to unsuspecting victims make sure you're on grass or somewhere soft because they will no doubt manage to lob it against the closest concrete surface they can find. I'd have to say we played with it continuously for over 2 hours so its definately worth the charge time. Seriously just buy one now. Adam Suleiman, Darlington, England - Jul '06
I personally didn't think that taking a shock in the hand hurt that much and at first was dissapointed, but the great thing is that if you dont find it paiful enough then you can try it in areas such as cheek neck or armpit for a variety of pain! Excellent product - recommended to all!Anthony, Shrewsbury - Jul '06
Goodness gracious great shocking balls of fire! Awesome!Jeff, Edinburgh - Jun '06
This product rocks! James, Manchester - Jun '06
Ouch!! I've been shocked by many products before but this is something else. The shock is created from connecting two of the metal strips. However, catching the ball means you are touching almost all of them and getting 10x the shock. It feels as though you have been punched in the hand. Hard.Sam Townsend, Stroud - Jun '06
