Working out of a hipster office in Shoreditch, the Firebox.com Customer Services team are looking for a cool/brave/amazing new recruit to help out over the Summer, followed smoothly by Christmas, and possibly beyond. You are Firebox! You’ll be on the front line speaking to our customers over the phone, by email and via a number of other channels. You will often be a customer’s only point of contact with the company, so it will be your responsibility to show them how awesome we are.
You’ll need to be confident, friendly, funny, unflappable and work alongside the rest of the team to ensure that our award winning customer service remains industry leading. You’ll be a natural problem solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
