We are a young, vibrant and lively multi-channel retailer selling quirky and unusual gadgets, games and gifts and we are looking for some talented and interesting people to join our award winning customer service team, in time for the Christmas season and beyond!
If you think you have great interpersonal skills, are patient and unflappable, friendly, well organised and confident then we want to hear from you. Our award winning customer service department is the very centre of our business and as such you must have excellent interpersonal skills with experience of working within online retail or in a call centre environment.
About the job:
You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with customer queries via our customer service order line and email service
- Processing orders
- Liaising with dispatch couriers
- Working alongside our warehouse regarding orders and returns
About you:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is patient and unflappable with the ability to work under-pressure
- Can manage issues quickly and efficiently
- Truly believes in brilliant customer care
- Has a positive attitude and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has the ability to multi-task
Temporary position, with the chance of becoming permanent after the Christmas season. £8.60 per hour (rate includes an attendance bonus) rising to £17,850k per annum for the successful candidate.
Position starts from early and mid November.
