It’s a wrap!
All fingers and thumbs? Why not let our crack team of ex-origami champs wrap your pressies so you don’t have to. That way you can send ‘em directly to lucky recipients without getting covered in sticky tape. Considering the price of gift wrap, it’s a bargain!
So, how does it work?
The answer is very simply.
How much does it cost?
We charge £3.99 for each product you want wrapped. If you have lots of smaller items you can choose for these to be wrapped up together in 1 box for £3.99. The checkout will show you the available options (wrap individually or wrap together).
Can I gift wrap ANYTHING at Firebox?
Some larger products, or products shipped directly from our suppliers are not available for gift wrap – though this will be made very clear on the checkout.
What paper/design choices do I have?
We have a good selection of paper and if you select to have some or all of your items wrapped then you will be prompted to choose which paper style you would like.

Can I choose gift wrap AND Express Delivery?
Yes you can – however the daily cut off is 2pm. Orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following day. This will be clearly shown on the checkout if you try and select it.
Can I change my mind afterwards?
Only if your order hasn’t been shipped already! However by doing this you may delay the dispatch of your order. Talk to the Firebox Customer Service team for details.
Do I get individual Gift messages for each wrapped item?
We’re afraid not. 1 message per order at the moment.
If I don’t like the product and send it back, will I get my money back for the Gift wrapping?
No. This is a service and is non refundable.
If I send direct to a friend or family member, will you insert a catalogue in with the gift?
All orders are usually shipped with a catalogue included.
So should I do all my present shopping at Firebox?
You sure should! Why bother doing it yourself - let us take the strain and you just sit back and take the credit.
