Delivery Times

UK Orders

Most orders placed before 5:00pm (Monday-Friday) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks, via Royal Mail 1st Class or Initial City Link.

We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:

• Standard Delivery Service
  Orders sent via our Standard Delivery Service should arrive within 1-3 working days of your order being placed.
  
  
• Express Delivery Service
  Orders sent via our Express Delivery Service (placed before 5:00pm on weekdays for products marked "in stock") should arrive between 9:00-5:30pm the next working day by courier, subject to mandatory security checks.
  
  If delivery is not attempted by our couriers the following working day please contact us for a refund of the balance between our Standard and Express Delivery charges.
  
  Please note that this service is only available to orders delivered to mainland UK addresses and is unfortunately not available to customers with the following postcode prefixes: JE, GY, ZE, BT, IM, KW, IV and HS.

Orders placed after 5:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and despatched between 9:00-5:30pm the following working day.

Please note that during times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially at Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the despatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please also note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
